Social Impact Goals

We are driven less by achievement and more by a commitment to contribute to a more socially responsible, equitable world of tomorrow. Our social impact goals are:

• Advancing health and racial equity in partnerships with community based organizations and/or socially responsible business by integrating a strategic DEIB lens and supporting their executive leaders.

• Expanding mainstream narratives about leaders of color that focus on adversity or struggle by promoting our stories steeped in innovation, acumen, and success.

• Building knowledge and confidence among current and emerging leaders - particularly leaders and executives of color.
